THE WORDPRESS PLUGIN THAT WRITES YOUR NEWSLETTER

Paying for a list
you barely email?

Let’s put it to work. Newsletter Done turns your existing posts into a daily newsletter in your voice. Your email platform sends it on autopilot—giving readers a reason to return and your blog more chances to earn. No sitting down to write another newsletter.

Daily with paid Kit or MailerLite. Mailchimp starts Tue/Fri. Your preview arrives at 7pm site time the night before each scheduled send. See how it connects.

01 / THE EMAIL, ALREADY WRITTEN

One less thing
on your “I should” list.

You know you should email your readers. Finding ideas, writing the intro and putting it all together is the part that never fits into your day. Here’s what it looks like when that work is done for you.

Captured from the actual plugin using fictional recipe content. This shows its preview email; your platform adds its own branding and unsubscribe footer.

HOW IT FITS TOGETHER

We write it.
Your email platform sends it.

Built for email platforms with automatic RSS-to-email sending. Setup guides included for Mailchimp, Kit and MailerLite; other providers need a compatibility check.

1 / IN WORDPRESS

Newsletter Done writes.

Your posts become a finished email: an introduction in your voice, three post links and an optional Amazon pick. You get the preview the night before.

2 / IN YOUR EMAIL PLATFORM

Your platform sends.

Connect the feed link once. Its RSS-to-email feature picks up each new edition and sends it on your chosen schedule. Your list stays in your account.

3 / IN YOUR READERS’ INBOXES

Your posts get another visit.

Readers receive your newsletter and click back to your blog. You keep creating the content they came for.

RSS is simply the connection that passes the written email to your sending platform. You don’t have to move your subscribers. Check your platform and plan below.

02 / YOU’VE ALREADY DONE THE HARD PART

Let your best posts
keep earning their keep.

MAKE MORE OF THE LIST YOU HAVE

Bring readers back to your blog.

You already pay to keep those subscribers. Give them three posts worth revisiting in each email. Each return visit is another opportunity to earn ad revenue from work you’ve already done.

YOUR VOICE. THE RIGHT MOMENT.

Sound like you, on this day.

Your voice, your niche, your audience. The introduction also uses the send date, weekday and month, so it can feel right for a Friday or the season—not like the same note on repeat.

AN EXTRA WAY TO EARN

Add an Amazon find that fits.

Already an Amazon affiliate? Connect your eligible API account and let the plugin find a product related to that email’s posts. It adds your affiliate link, a short introduction and a disclosure—another opportunity to earn commission without hunting for recommendations yourself.

Set it up once: install in WordPress → review your voice settings → connect your email platform’s RSS automation. Your list stays where it is.

Amazon picks are optional and require eligible Creators API credentials and your affiliate tag. Picks are relevant products, not verified discounts. Traffic and earnings depend on your content, audience and engagement.

03 / A NOTE FROM JAKE, THE FOUNDER

The content was written.
The newsletter still wasn’t.

“The email bill kept coming.
The emails didn’t.”Why I’m building Newsletter Done

On one of my hobby sites, we grew a list with freebies, printables and useful downloads. We paid for an email platform to keep those subscribers. Then, for a while, we barely emailed them.

I knew we should send more. But every email was another job: choose an idea, remember what we sent last week, write the intro, put it all together. I even paid a staff member to do it. The time and cost ate into the very thing we wanted from email: extra revenue.

We weren’t launching a course. We wanted people to enjoy more of our posts, find a useful recommendation, and bring in some extra ad revenue along the way.

We eventually built a daily email habit. Readers who wanted regular ideas had a reason to come back. Others could unsubscribe, no hard feelings. Automating the recurring work made that habit easier to keep. The useful content was already there; the email helped readers find it.

That’s the idea behind Newsletter Done: you’ve done the hard part. Let this part be easier.

A note about our experience

Our earlier automated emails were credited with roughly 13,000–19,000 site visits per month from February–August 2026, according to GA4. Those are visits counted from past emails on our own hobby site—not results from this new plugin, a promise of future traffic, or a verified increase in ad revenue.

YES, IT USES AI.

Your content.
Your kind of hello.

You wrote the recipe, tested the project, or learned the lesson. Newsletter Done gives that work another introduction to the people who asked to hear from you.

AI uses your saved voice, introduction style, niche and audience to write the opening and post teasers. It also gets the scheduled send date: a Friday introduction might look ahead to the weekend; a September note might acknowledge the change of season.

You supply the expertise. It handles the recurring email writing. No separate AI account or AI API key to manage. Check the 7pm preview while you get comfortable; turn on approval mode if you want to review every email. AI can still make mistakes.

04 / A SIMPLE OFFER

Give your list a job.
Give yourself 60 days.

Planned launch pricing. AI writing included. Your email-platform subscription is separate.

Monthly$19/mo

Billed monthly.

Yearly$199/yr

Save $29 compared with 12 monthly payments.

The promise60 days

If it doesn’t pay for itself, we don’t want your money. Request a full refund within 60 days. No questions asked. No proof of earnings required.

We want this to earn its place in your business. The refund is our promise; extra traffic and revenue aren’t guaranteed. No payment is collected during early access signup.

Which email platforms can I use?

You need a WordPress site and an email platform that can automatically send the full content of an RSS feed. Here’s the breakdown:

Mailchimp

Starts with Tuesday and Friday sends to allow for monthly sending limits. You can change the days if your plan supports the volume. An RSS-capable plan is required.

Kit

A paid plan is required for RSS automation. The plugin defaults to daily emails; you can choose fewer days.

MailerLite

A paid plan is required for RSS campaigns. The plugin defaults to daily emails; you can choose fewer days.

Other RSS-to-email platforms

The plugin includes a generic RSS setup option. Your provider must support automatic scheduled sends and full-content RSS emails. We haven’t verified every provider; so we can check before you buy. An RSS reader or a manually inserted RSS block alone is not enough.

Want Amazon picks too?

Optional add-on

Optional. You need eligible Amazon Creators API access, its credentials and an affiliate tag. Access has qualifying-sales requirements. The pick is a text link with disclosure, without a price or product image. You can skip Amazon entirely.

05 / FAIR QUESTIONS

Know what
you’re signing up for.

Do you ever see my subscribers?

The plugin doesn’t import, store or send to your subscriber list. Your email platform keeps the list and handles delivery. Hosted AI receives the site and post information needed to write the email—not your subscribers. If you join our early-access list, we do collect the email address you submit to us.

Does it work with every email platform?

It is built around a standard RSS feed, with setup guides for Mailchimp, Kit and MailerLite and a generic option for other providers. Other platforms need to support automatic scheduled RSS emails and full-content display. Feed handling, templates and plan limits vary, so we don’t promise every provider works without checking. Use the contact form to tell us your platform.

What do I need to use it?

A WordPress site, published posts, a Newsletter Done license and a compatible email-platform plan with RSS automation. Kit and MailerLite require paid plans. Initial setup includes your license, voice settings and the platform’s RSS campaign. Amazon credentials are only needed for optional picks.

Does every email need my approval?

No. Automatic sending is the default. You can switch on “Approve each email before it goes out.” In that mode, an unapproved email won’t be added to the feed. Approve, edit or skip it before the 3am feed release in your site’s time zone.

Is it worth it if my list isn’t huge?

You don’t need a huge list to want your evenings back. Newsletter Done removes the recurring writing work, but whether it earns more than its cost depends on how many readers click, your ad earnings and any affiliate sales. At launch, try it with your own list: if it doesn’t earn its place, request a full refund within 60 days. No questions asked.

Will frequent emails annoy my readers?

Some readers enjoy regular ideas; others won’t. Explain the schedule, make opting out easy, and watch engagement. You can choose fewer days. If your list has been quiet for months, reintroduce yourself and build up gradually.

Is each email personalized for my readers?

It is tailored to your blog’s voice, niche and audience, with the scheduled date, weekday and month available to the AI for a timely introduction. Everyone on the receiving list gets the same edition. It doesn’t use individual subscriber profiles, local weather or personal browsing history.

How does it choose the Amazon pick?

It uses the selected posts’ titles, categories and excerpts to choose a product search, then searches Amazon through the Creators API using your eligible credentials. The email can include one relevant product, your affiliate link and a disclosure. For example, a cooking email could suggest a kitchen tool. It doesn’t check discounts or display prices. If no pick is available, the email can run without one. Amazon access has qualifying-sales requirements; you can use Newsletter Done without it.

Will it keep picking the same posts?

The selector normally avoids posts used in the last 30 days. A small archive may not have enough unused posts to fill each email, so check your previews and choose a schedule that fits your library.

Do I need an AI API key?

No separate AI key is needed in the included hosted mode. You use your Newsletter Done license. The optional Amazon integration is different: it needs your eligible Amazon API credentials and affiliate tag.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

Early-access signup is free and creates no subscription. At paid launch, the offer is $19/month or $199/year, with a full refund requested within 60 days, no questions asked. Billing and cancellation checkout details will be provided before any purchase. You can ask to leave the early-access list through the contact form.

Is the plugin available to buy now?

Not yet. These screenshots show the current development build with demo content; some screens still use its working name, “Daily Email.” Join early access to hear when it is ready. There is no checkout or charge on this page.
